New Farm Confectionery Peppermint Cream

This is a retro classic. Soft, smooth peppermint fondant cream spiked with a natural, essential peppermint oil. It's not for the faint-hearted, it's packed with mint. Covered in dark couverture chocolate and brushed with a little gold dust.
