The Retro Patchwork Bum Bag is designed for everyday adventures, handcrafted from a curated collection of vintage tea towels, embroidered linens and carefully sourced pre-loved textiles. Each piece is thoughtfully pieced together into a one-of-a-kind bag full of colour, texture and nostalgia.

This updated design builds on our much-loved original, with a handy front zip pocket to keep your everyday essentials close at hand. It features a spacious main compartment, premium YKK zippers, an adjustable strap and a sturdy side-release buckle, so you can wear it your way — around the waist or slung across the body.

Each colourway is made in a small batch of just 2–4 bags. The same fabrics are used across each batch, but combined in different ways, making every bag unique.

About A Hop & a Skip
Laura designs and sews each piece in her Brisbane studio using vintage, thrifted and deadstock textiles. Her one-of-a-kind and small-batch garments and accessories give beautiful fabrics new life, creating pieces to be worn, loved and enjoyed for years to come.
